How to booking on works

Unlike most other hotel booking websites, we don't ask for payment until your booking is 100% confirmed. So, you can simply submit a booking request, and we will get back to you as soon as possible (normally within a few hours) with the confirmation in the form of an email. There will be a secure payment link on this email which will take you to our Bank's secure payment page. Once payment has been approved, we will email you a booking receipt and tour voucher. Is booking on secure? uses an SSL Web Server Certificate with EV (Extended Validation), so you can be assured that our site is secure and our Business identity has been authenticated to the industry's highest standard.

How do I make a booking on

Fill in your search criteria, select the package of your choice, which room type you would like, and follow the simple steps of our booking process. Your request will be confirmed by us when we have checked availability with our suppliers. You will only be asked to make payment when your reservation is 100% confirmed.

How long will it take to confirm my reservation?

We can normally confirm your reservation within 24 Hours, although this can take up to 48 Hours during peak periods, weekends or Public Holidays. We may suggest an alternative hotel based on your requirements, but the decision is entirely yours as to whether you accept the alternative.

Do I have to give my credit card details to request a hotel?

No, we will confirm your booking first, and then request payment from you.

What are your booking conditions?

How do I check in at the hotel?

Just present your hotel voucher to the hotel's reception staff.

What time is check-in / check-out?

These can vary, but here is a guideline: Check-in time: from 12.00 p.m. (midday) Check-out time: before 12.00 p.m. (midday)

Which beds will be in my room?

This depends on which room style you have booked:

Single - one single bed (Queen or King size) Double - one large bed Twin - two single beds Triple - 1 large bed plus 1 extra bed, OR 2 twin beds plus 1 extra bed Twin / Double + 1 or 2 children - 2 single beds or 1 large bed plus any additional bed(s) for children (check the hotel's Child Policy). In most cases, children share existing bedding with parents. Should you require a bed for your child, you may have to book a triple room - contact us for details. Quad - either 2 large beds plus 2 single beds, OR 4 single beds.

What is a 'Run of House' room?

This is the standard room offered by the hotel. However, on some occasions this may be upgraded at the hotel's discretion to a 'Superior' or 'Deluxe' room

Whose name should the hotel be booked in?

The name of the guest(s) who will be staying at the hotel.

Are children charged at the same rates as adults?

This varies between hotels. Please refer to the individual hotel's Child Policy for more details. Normally, a child under 12 can stay with their parents using existing bedding - there may be a charge for breakfast. Please note that you must inform us of any children and their ages when making a booking request.

Can you book any other hotels not featured on the website?

Yes, we have access to an ever increasing range of hotels and resorts throughout South East Asia - please contact us with your requirements.
